Savannah started with us when our son was 3 months old. She seamlessly joined our lives - it is important to have an easy going , flexible personality when one has to come into other people's homes at night and be a part of such an intimate setting and it was effortless ​with her from day 1.

She was sure to ask us what our goals were and what "methods" we favoured or wished to employ to meet the goal of having our son transition to sleeping through the night and more importantly learning how to self- soothe. She grasped our priorities immediately and basically sleep trained the baby for us- painlessly. You can tell she enjoys and cares for her charges but at the same time she is consistent and extremely patient which is what makes her so incredible in the night nanny role. She would take notes on the night's events that I could review during the day which I found extremely useful and very professional.

Our son came to seek her out and would be easily comforted by her. I trust her completely. I am able to rest well at night and I know that he is in good hands and his physical and emotional needs are being met. Savannah has two daughters of her own so she has lived through the infant process herself which made me that more comfortable with her.

whenever he regressed which happened at 6 and 8 months- she was back in my home at a moment's notice and matter- of - factly re- trained him in less than a week each time.
